Live Band Shot

Okay, so this is my first band video:

http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=180094208668072&oid=197727010181

It's just a live gig video.

Most of the details are in the comments on FB, but there were 6 cameras with four shooters: 2 hvxs (one with a wide angle lens, two shooters), a Canon GL-2 (on the stage, static shot of drummer), Canon T2i (me), Canon HV30 (static wide shot) and a Can...on 5000 (manned by another shooter from back of the room, medium shots) The GL-2 shot in DV 4x3, so I stretched it for the framing in post. We also had a Zoom H4n taking sound off the board, but it turned out to be just a dry vocal and bass. I had to mix sound from it and three of the cameras (not the HVXs nor the T2i, as they were just crappy) to get a "decent mix".

A lot of equipment and man power but it was a lot of fun.

This footage is not color corrected.

Most of the footage was synced with plural eyes but it didn't work with one of the cameras and it didn't give me a multi-cam timeline, so I just had to "manually" decide my cuts and go from there.

All cameras were set to 30 fps. Cut on FCP6.

I am looking for thoughts, critiques, etc. 'Cause I am trying to get better.

Thanks,
Eric Harnden
