How do I take care of my lithium ion batteries for my HVX200a for maximum care?

Should I let the battery totally drain down to "zero" and then recharge them, or recharge them even though they are not totally discharged to "zero"?

I keep mine charged at all times when not being used, have been doing that for years with no issues .. others may have diff view .
