List of capturing/recording methods with HVX

[JanBee]

Smoking head alert!

Can someone do me a favour and give a quick summary of HOW many different ways there are to record/capture HD (not SD) with the HVX?

Something like this:

CONFIRMED CAPTURING METHODS
- HVX records to P2, P2 later copied by HVX to Firewire-HDD (60/120GB limit)
- HVX records to P2, P2 later copied by HVX to USB-OTG-HDD (no limit)
- HVX records to P2, P2 later copied by laptop to Firewire/USB-HDD
- HVX records to P2, P2 later copied by P2-store
- HVX records to FireStore (availability of FireStore open)
- HVX records to laptop over Firewire (USB???) using FinalCut
- HVX records to YUV+audio-interface of a PC/Mac capturing card

QUESTIONABLE CAPTURING METHODS:huh:
- HVX records to HVX attached OTG-USB-HDD?
- HVX records to laptop over Firewire (USB???) with other software than FinalCut?
- HVX records to P2 and parallel to FireStore?

NON-WORKING CAPTURING METHODS:crybaby:
- HVX records to P2 and parallel to HVX attached Firewire HDD
- HVX records to P2 and parallel to HVX attached USB HDD
- HVX records to HVX attached "dumb" USB HDD

- HVX records to HVX attached OTG-USB-HDD?

I can confirm that this will not work... USB OTG will only copy from a P2 card. You can't record direct to any USB drive, as far as I know.

- HVX records to Cineporter via p2 slot (100 to 240 GB HDD options (so far))
