your footage looks fine to me but what do I know. I got a reaming on these boards for interlaced looking footage as well. i guess im just not sensitive to it, cause what i see looks okay to me

no one else aside from the folks here ever mentioned a negative word about it. I like perfectionists, i am one as well, but there are limits

maybe a problem with the tape/ log and capturing?
theres seems to be a little grain, maybe gain is on?

Were you using 60i, 30p, 24p, 24pa... To me it suggests using perhaps 24pa, and not doing the pulldown removal. Alternatively, using interlaced media on a display (aka computer/internet), which is not an interlaced device... The jagged lines are most noticeable on moving items with 'sharp' edges.

I fixed it
I just needed to de-interlace the video when compressing.

I shot in 24p standard because FCE-HD can't remove pulldown
