GH2 lilliput monitor can't display full image

I just received a Lilliput 7" 665-70NP/HO/Y/P monitor for my GH2. It seemed to have decent features for it's price. BUT the problem I have is that none of the monitor aspect ratios will display the entire contents of GH2 screen. No matter what I set the monitor to, it cuts off the top 10-15% of the image that I can see in the flip out screen on my GH2. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I setting up the camera and/or monitor incorrectly, or do I have a defective monitor? Any advice would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I am connecting via HDMI. And here is a link to the monitor I am using, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008FJVUPW/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00 .

It probably has overscan on. Hold the menu button down for a few seconds, and it should stop overscanning.

I tried pushing and holding the menu button to get it out of overscan mode. No change. Despite the monitor being marketed as having underscan and overscan, I can find no reference to overscan in the manual or in the menu selections. Maybe the monitor does not have it? There is an option in the menu for underscan. Turning this on and off has a very minor effect, but the image displayed is still far from complete. There is another menu option that has an effect on the display. This is H/V Delay. Changing this however, just shifts the incomplete image, it doesn't fix the problem. I also made sure that Pixel to Pixel is turned off, so that's not the problem either.

Problem solved for now. I did a factory reset and the screen now shows everything including my camera on-screen info. I don't know why this worked since the screen was truncated from the very start before I adjusted any settings. Perhaps after changing the settings, someone had returned the unit to the distributor and they then sold it to me with the weird partial display? Anyway, the factory default settings have fixed the problem.

Great to hear that you fixed it. It's quite a different model to mine, but holding the my menu button solved my issue when I first had it.
