Lilliput 7" 665GL-70N

I have the Lilliput 7" 665GL-70N monitor with the Sony NPF battery plate.

I've inserted the battery into the plate but it is virtually impossible to take the battery out. Anyone here find the same thing?

The battery plates that come with the 665GL have the issue that the adapter plate does not lock onto the monitor. So the adapter plate comes off the monitor rather than the battery coming off the plate. Very irritating. I'm using the F970 batteries. The batteries come off the plate, but I have to hold onto the adapter plate so it doesn't come off the monitor.

Make sure you are using the right adapter plate. Two of the three provided are very similar.

I have the correct plate as the monitor powers on. How are you taking the Battery off of the battery holder? Do you have to press something prior to pulling it out? I'm using all of my force and I can't get it out.

There is nothing to press. The battery comes out by pushing up towards the top of the monitor. Under the battery, on the center of the battery plate, is a flexible bump that is holding the battery in place. But it should retract out of the way by pushing the battery.

I can't think of anything that would keep it from coming out. I would guess I am using 5-10lbs of force.
