GH5 Like 709 is also for UHD videos?

Hello, these days I made a lot of tests with the all the profiles of the GH5 and I noticed that those profiles that I like more are the "Natural" and "Like 709".
I'd like to understand better on "Like 709" profile and I would like to ask a few questions:
1) I read it is a profile born for broactast, but for HD or even for UHD? In other words, is "Come 709" good to shoot in UHD 50p 8p?
2) I have no experience but I read that the "Come 709" compresses the highlights, this means that if I use it on sunny days in the summer can I get less problems with strong contrasts?
3) It seems to me that the "Come 709" is absolutely the best profile for the complexion, do you think it is nice also for shooting panoramas or for the usual and casual shooting of every day? For what was "Come 709" born precisely?
On this forum I have written so a lot of hokum, many more of those I read here and so I hope someone can answer me correctly. ;)
Thank you.

Like 709 is probably the most baked in look you can get from the GH5. It has the least dynamic range, so if you are trying to preserve highlights without losing the shadows, its not the best option. For a finished look though its great. It also works very well on the more compressed recording options like 120, 180, and 240fps, as they are very brittle codecs that can't be pushed much.

Can you help me to understand better please? Why was "Like 709" born for broadcast if that profile has some problems, even with its codec?
In Africa where there are very sunny days, which would you use between "Like 709" and "Natural" profile? Thanks again one.

Its not necessarily a problem, just a limitation. As long as you light things properly, Like 709 is a great profile that needs little to no work done in post.

Natural will have more dynamic range then Like 709. The best one for a Sunny day outside would be CineD, it has the most dynamic range.

Like 709, Natural, Cine_V will require the least work in post, and thus leaves the least room to manipulate in post. In other words, crucial that you get it right "in camera."

VLOG-L, HLG, Cine-D require the most work in post (in that order) but leave the most room to manipulate in post (in that order.)
