Lighting, Purple Dots

Hey guys,

When I light the behind the subject, I get purple dots... Can somebody please tell me if this is because my lights are too close to the subject or if it could be my lens which doesn't appear to be dirty since I just wiped it with toilet paper =)

Sounds like lens flare. Make sure the light isn't shining directly into the lens.
