lighting and grip gear in central NC, USA

I'm looking for a lighting and grip gear supplier in central NC. I'm in Raleigh and it would be nice to find a local dealer.

In particular, right now I need to buy some 0.6 ND gel (I need about 5-6 feet from a 48" roll) to I can see if it's enough for a couple of windows I need to deal with. IOW, I need to see if two stops is enough, or if I need to go to three or even four. But to do that, I'll have to find a local dealer who's willing to sell me a few feet so I can try it and see.

Besides, I'll be looking for various bulbs, stands, cables, etc. in the future. Might as well make friends with my local dealer. If I have one.

I know some of you are in NC -- where are you getting your consumables from? And if it's not the same place, were are you renting equipment from?

Barbizon Lighting is in Charlotte if that isn't too far. We do ground shipping as next day service throughout the state.

Charlotte is three hours drive. Wilmington is two. Seems like an extreme commitment of time (not to mention gas) to grab a lightbulb and some CTO gel. ;-)

I guess Wilmington and Charlotte (and probably Winston-Salem where NC School of Arts is) have run all the cine biz out of Raleigh. Oy. Well, I had to ask.
 
You don't have to drive to Wilmington or Charlotte to get what you need - it can be shipped. Let me know if you need swatch books or other tools to help you in your purchases?
