Light waves problem

I am shooting my feature and use tungsten most of the time (shutter set to 50) but was forced to shoot under a Mercury Vapor and Flourescents the other day (Shutter set to 60)

After shooting the footage, I was fast-forwarding through it and noticed horizontal bands of light scrolling from bottom to top.

This never happens when I use tungsten (shutter set to 50)

Is this footage now unusable for any professional application?

Also, am I using the correct setting for shooting under MV and Flourescent lights?

did you see it when you were shooting? did you know the frequency of two mercury and fluro to make you decide to shoot at 60?

Of all the times I have come across this i can visually see it in camera before recording and adjust accordingly.

I definately shot at Shutter 60.

Did not notice any light waves in realtime playback, just when fast forwarding.
