Say you have a 50hz cam in a 60hz country ( or vice versa )... and you're shooting an interview where the DPs choice of lights is Fluorescents. Will that cause strobing? Is there any way to avoid it?
It depends on your shutter speed. If shooting under 50Hz lights, use 1/50 (for 24p or 30p) or 1/100 (for 60i/60p). If shooting under 60Hz lights, use 1/60.
