I have a used Libec tripod that I bought in late 2008. The tripod has been a workhorse and still works great. I recently moved on to a boat and have limited space so I had to buy more compact CF tripod. The tripod still works 100%. The two funky things is that one of the lower second stage does not have a "hard stop" so it will rotate until tight. Does not effect performance at all and really dont know why or how that happened but but should be noted. The other thing is that the lock dial bar thing is slightly bent in about 1 degree. Again does not effect the performance but in the act of being completely transparent that is another quirk. Other than that it comes complete with original feet and case. The tripod shows wear on the metal from 4 years of use. Tried to take enough photos to display that. Looking for $600 + shipping already have a box! new they go for $800. Definitely the best stick head combo you can get on the lower side of $1000. My new sticks in a lot of ways are not as nice as this bad boy and they cost $1200.
