This Libec aluminum tripod system is in excellent condition. Unfortunately this tripod did not get much use due to me buying a newer much heavier camcorder. Cosmetically it could pass off as new. Arguably the best tripod for HD/HDV and DSLR camcorders at this price point. I used it with my Canon XH A1 HDV camcorder and it meshed well. I was impressed with how quickly it could set up, the counter balance, build quality, and its level pan. It is good for educational, event, interviews, web commercials, etc. This should be a good deal for whomever gets this tripod as I'm only letting it go due to circumstance-not because tripod is faulty or unsatisfactory!
There are no known issues. My ratings 1=poor and 10=outstanding:
