Redrock blue, why? How much shorter than the extreme is it? It looks shorter.

Same size as the Extreme. Had a chance to play with the production model and the new finish is pretty sweet. Might have to change up from the Beta asap. Very very solid unit, man.

Oh and I did have a chance to play with the Relay also and it's sweeeeeet. Very short, compact unit. On an HPX500 it's really as long as an ENG lens with the 35mm SLR lens attached. Footage is crazy sharp from an HPX500.

With all the interests at Zacuto booth during Cinegear I'm worried that my staple as the only Ultimate in LA will vanish very quickly. Better enjoy it while I can. Sniffle sniffle.

Very nice. Can't wait to get my hands on one. The extreme is a great adapter, but now that they have incorporated the spinning GG with the ultimate. All I can say is pure unadulterated power!!! I love my extreme, but make no mistake once the ultimate hits the streets, I will own it. I wonder if there is a way to transform my extreme into a spinner. That would be something. Anyway, Can't wait.
