Letus35 Extreme.

I'm considering buying a Letus35 Extreme. Has anyone else here purchased one? If so, how do you feel about it? Is there a lot of vignetting? Is the claim of only losing 1/2 a stop accurate? Other general impressions.
Thanks.

Lots and lots and lots of posts about the Letus35 Extreme on here. It's my favorite of the adapters, yes the 1/2-stop figure is accurate, and overall I think it's the best performer all around especially because it renders the image rightside up.

The only problem with the Letus 35 Extreme is mounting on rails. Although, several folks here have solved that problem, it's extra expense that should be planned for. Fast lenses help. Since you're in Houston, if you'd like to try one, I can let you test mine.

You should have rails for any adapter, that's my personal thought.

The Cavision rail setup will work perfectly with the Letus provided risers. You just have to flex the ol' ingenuity muscle.

That said, I love my Letus and I still feel it's the best "overall" package. :D
