It functions perfectly and is in great condition with only minor cosmetic marks
The adapter comes with a 72mm thread ring, Nikon Mount, V2 Rail System, Waterproof Case, Instruction manual, Allen wrenches, and a few spare screws.
it has been lightly used with my AC-160 and I have recently changed over to an AF-100.
