This adapter has been taken care of and is in excellent condition. It should be under warranty by Letus still and was recently maintained. I have not put it on my camera since getting it back from Letus and thats why its wrapped in plastic.
This adapter is the best compared to other types, since it can be used at small apertures and fast shutters with no problem. Very simple to use, just make sure its powered. I was able to power my EX-1, Letus Ultimate, and a 7" TVLogic HD monitor off the Switronix Series 7 which as a lighter weight option than Vmount and rails. Adapter has Nikon F-mount.
It can also be used with Panasonic and Canon cameras with the appropriate optimization kit from Letus. This item is in excellent cosmetic and working condition.
