FS5: Letus Helix Jr Factory Reset?

Hey guys,

I’m not quite sure what I did, but my Letus Helix Jr seems to have gone beserk after updating the firmware and tinkering around with the GUI – does anyone know how to do a total factory reset on it by chance?

The handles keep spinning, even after I do the auto calibration for the PID controller and the motor configuration.

(It was working fine yesterday with my fs5 before I did whatever I did)

Yeah the customer service with them is pretty spectacular.

Turns out the issue was I foolishly installed the wrong firmware.
Didn't quite realize that basecam has firmware for multiple gimbals, so picking the highest number on there is a bad idea! Doh.
