This is episode 4 from the BBC series "The Guide to Human Behavior" (no not really). When two individuals of the primate family known as "humans" find themselves within a conflict, how is the conflict resolved?
I helped only a tiny bit with the concept, and didn't direct it. I was the DP and editor, and helped with the writing of the narration. It was shot on a 16mm Bolex camera transferred to SD. I'm happy with the results.
This was for a small exercise for school. The exercise was to shoot three shots (one static, and 2 moving) that take up a full wind of the bolex camera (25 seconds), and to use the rest of the roll for any other shots to help make it a narrative film in post. The 1 and only roll we could use is only 2 minutes and 30 seconds... so it meant no second takes.
