GH2 Lenses with lens gear cases?

I am having a hard time when I am outside shooting with my lenses when they have lens gears on them, I was wondering if anyone had come up with a good way to keep lenses safe without having to take lens gears off, so when I need to switch quick I can.

I use Zip Tie Focus Gears (http://jag35.com/ziptiegear.html) and I leave them on all the time, because they barely take up any space on the lens.

Have Delrin lens gears installed.

so when your gears are on the lenses how are you storing them when you are out in the field shooting?

I carry my lenses in a Storm Case im2500.

This one has the TrekPak inserts.
