Lenses, Accessory and Add-On Help

I'm pricing out a AF100 package, as I'm starting to do commercial work.

Here's what I have so far:

AF100 Camera Body



Matte Box + Follow Focus + support system:

Chrosziel MB 456-20

or

Chrosziel MB 450W-R20
(Need help deciding)


Lens Adapters:
Micro 4/3" to PL Mount (initally used for when people provide PL mount lenses):

SOLID CAMERA PL Mount for Panasonic AG-AF100
(replaces 4/3" mount)

or

SOLID CAMERA PL Adapter for Panasonic AG-AF100
(Adapter 4/3" to PL mount)


Also need suggestions on cheaper lenses (under $1000 each).

I also need suggestions on a tripod and head for all of this. Also, a shoulder mount rig.
