Lens Support/rails System? What do I need?

You should mention what the budget is... you could spend from $29.99 to over a $1000

One of my favorite base plates for the FS100 was under $60, its light no flex and short so I can just keep it on the camera all the time. (any 15mm rails will work)
I also have a Zacuto Mini Base Plate thats also low profile but has hight adjustment ($199) and a Kamerar baseplate and rails kit that adapted to the FS100 really well (kit /rig was under $300)
I have a bunch of this stuff from Berkey, Zacuto, lots of ebay versions... let me know if you want pics or descriptions, I know it was a little harder to find stuff for the FS100's without spending crazy amounts of money on

The $60 one

Some of the issues to think about:
Do you want a shoulder mount? Do you want it really comfortable on the shoulder? If so, do you want to have it truly balanced? Tripod quick release (yes)? Are you using an external EVF or monitor? How to position them? Power everything with an external battery? Wireless mics? Fits into a case with no or minimal knockdown? Correct height for matte box? (85mm, I think). Do you need a cheeseplate (to mount things on). Are you going to try to replace the top handle (funky on the FS100)? Buy an all in one solution, or piece it together? Like many people, I have a pile of things I purchased, and am not currently using.
