lens replacement for dvx

i sent my dvx100 in for repair. it needs a new lens (can't fix). they quoted at $760 parts and labor. does that sound reasonable? has anyone had it done?

Sounds about right, maybe even a bit low. Was the camera dropped and is there any other damage?
