Lens Cloths

What is the most reliable and safe lens cloth to be used on my photography and video lenses? I want to buy a pack of them and sew them to the insides of the shirts I design. Any links or suggestions?

The best are chamois lens cloths designed especially for photography.

But there's a major concern here with your plan... anything that you wear is going to absorb sweat, which includes salt which will crystallize. And dirt and grime will also get in there and cling to the sweat. Your lens cloth will be useless after an hour (or less) of shooting, especially on a hot and humid day.
 
Not to mention all the detergents and softeners that will get into it from throwing the shirt in the wash with the rest of the clothes. Probably wear it out faster as well.
