Legitimate site?

I've no idea if this site is well known/established but after nearly buying a product from Niwa City, which was revealed to be fraudulent site, I've decided to take extra precaution.

The exchange rate to pound sterling makes the price seem too good to be true, which brings me to my next question, is this product ok for use in the U.K. as opposed to other PAL territories?

Adorama is an up-right web site. I have ordered many things from them and have found no problems. As for the U.K. issues I think it will be ok for use in the U.K., but I may be wrong.

I buy a lot of stuff from Adorama, ship to Australia, I am happy with them and the prices.

That reads as PAL DVX. You might need to use a power socket 'Universal' adapter to match the power outlet in the UK. It should be a variable power adapter, you should confirm. Shipping, import duty and tax (VAT?) on import may need to be factored into the real total price. You most likely will not have an international warranty. Maybe Mack worth investigating.
 
All Panasonic chargers are universal and will work world-wide -- they accept 110-220V AC, 50-60Hz. All you need is an adapter to allow it to plug into the local outlet, or you can replace the cable that goes into the charger brick.

I've bought from Adorama on a number of occasions, they've never let me down.
