LED Par Issue

I was shooting at a club that now has the LED Par cans. I noticed if there were any other color other than white, which in these, all the colors are on, I was getting that kind of strobe look, like shooting a tv with the shutter other than 1/60. Even @ 1/60 there was a slight strobe effect going on, just enough to notice but not be bothersome.

This is the first club that I've noticed switch to the LED's, if that's the case, what else can you do to lessen that strobe effect. And is there a way to shoot any shutter other than 1/60 then?

thanks in advance,

I don't seem to have a problem with LED lights. I use one for accent lighting occasionally, and I have shot at a club with LED's before. No problem. Try going to synchro shutter and set it accordingly to what ever frame rate.

I've never had problems with the LED's before either. I noticed it start to strobe when the lights were changing to all blue. I didn't really happen with any other combination. I tried to talk to the sound guy who was also running the lights and he didn't seem to really care, so during the set, the lights would change and the strobing would start. Maybe if I shoot at that club again, I'll bring in some other accent lighting.

thanks for the reply,
