I have for sale a dimmable LED light. It's very similar to Lite Panel Mini Plus.
I have it in the original box that it came it. It comes with a hot shoe for you camera attached it it and the panasonic battery adapter, so it can take panasonic batteries. It's made by a company called Spinet and it's SKC-L105A is the model number. bought it from a website called batteries4broadcast.com. I can't find it for sale anymore though.
As far as Gel and diffusion, I cut out from CTO and diffusion rolls and made custom ones I can send with it. They simply get inserted in the light. It has a pop out front and a gel insert. I usually put a full CTO and sometimes a half on top of it to get the desired look.
