It's just an attachment or filter which can be used to modify the light and guide it even more where you want it. Don't know what shipping to Switzerland is right now--China is on a national 7 day holiday that ends on Sunday so things are a bit shutdown here right now for trying to get shipping quotes.

A "$199 dimmable LED panel" as you described sounds to me like a real winner. Using them as a fill or inside car or main interview light or rim or almost any possibility comes to mind. I think they'd do really well. But I'll be patient.

Well you've seen how the process goes on some of these other products. Look at the time Richard says it takes to make it and then multiply by 3 ;-)
