Learning after the first week, but i need your help in a few things

Guys this camera is teaching me something every week i use it.

What's the best instructional dvd out there to buy for this camera?

Question: how does the marker work with the little joystick near the "function1" button? I mean the little cross in the middle of the lcd that could be moved around the frame.....

I have the book (read it twice) and I still got a lot out of the DVD. There are a couple of things on the DVD that weren't in the book since that came out prior to the no audio in VFR, etc.. But, for me, getting the info in video format was just easier to understand. Highly recommend both.
