It is less than two weeks old, I've only used it around the house (less than an hour). The only difference between this and a brand new one would be that I've used one of the base plates (which I will remove from my camera and send with the unit). There is an extra unused base plate with the glue/sticker still on it.
I've decided to go with a different product that offers more magnification for my old eyes.
I'm in Austin if anyone wants to arrange a local pick up.
