LCD & viewfinder question

While shooting this past week I noticed that when my 100B was side by side with a 100A for some reason my LCD and viewfinder looked muddy compared to the 100A. Both cameras were set to the factory default for LCD and viewfinder, both pointed at the same subject, both on the same scene file, aperature, nd., white balance The 100A looked super chroma-y, mine a bit flat. Has anyone else had this experience? Is it possible that there is something a little bit off with my camera? (it is brand new) Or was there something off with the other camera? Any hints on making sure I have the viewfinder & LCD set up properly? I have been playing around with the adjustments in the menu with the bars up, but it's hard to do as it's difficult to see the bars (esp. the pluge) with the menu for adjusting color level, brightness and contrast up on the screen. Anyone have any suggestions for setting these up properly? I will be shooting again with the same two cameras and would like to be certain that they match up. (I do not have access to the other camera at this time.)

Having the LCD's match doesn't really accomplish much since the LCD's are highly inaccurate in any configuration. You can only trust a calibrated production monitor. If you have one, you can try to match the LCD to the production monitor, that's as good as it gets. However, even then, the LCD looks different from different viewing angles, so what can you do...

As long as both cameras have the same scene settings, white balance, aperture, etc. they will match well, regardless of what the LCD is telling you.
