GH2 LCD viewfinder brightness

I've found that the LCD slightly changes brightness when I move the camera around or flip it up/bottom no matter what the setting is in the LCD viewfinder menu. Is this normal?
 
Someone cares to give some feedback about this issue? It only takes a few seconds to share if someone is experiencing this brightness variation on the LCD. I just don't have any friend around with one, and no store is selling GH2s in Portugal (I bought mine from Amazon), so I have no way to compare.

Any input will be very appreciated.
 
Hi,

check whether your GH2 is set to {AUTO} in LCD MODE?
As written in the manual, when in {auto} the brightness is adjusted automatically on how bright it is around the camera.

It's on page 59 of the manual.

Thanks for the tip Boon,

So I've just discovered that something is wrong with my GH2 LCD because it reacts to environment light when on settings: AUTO; 2 and 3!!! Setting 1 is the only one that the LCD doesn't react to light environment and stands still no matter what.

Anyone experiencing the same issue? Is this FW treatable? I've upgraded to 1.1 but since I didn't used the camera until then (PAL land), I can't remember if it already had this problem or not :(
