LCD screw, mic holder screw

Hey,
one of the tiny screws on the side of my LCD that holds the screen itself together is missing -- does anyone know where I can get one and exactly what size/part number these are? They look pretty small, almost like the ones used on glasses.

I also need the screws that attach the mic holder, the cylindrical part, to the flat part that attaches to the camera. Does anyone know where I can get these and what size/part number they are?
