GH2 LCD Screen shattered, replacement options? Work arounds?

Long story short, my tripod tipped over and landed full force on my flipped out lcd screen. The screen still works visually, but not with touch. It's mutilated pretty bad as well.

Can I order the screen as a replacement part?

I'm assuming it will be expensive if I can order it, so I'm thinking about an external monitor/viewfinder instead. What would be the cheapest option to get me going in terms of an lcd screen? I'd love the Zacuto Z-Finder, but that's out of my budget for quite a while.

(I had insurance on the camera, so I already have a replacement, but I'm trying to figure out if I can salvage this camera for some extra functionality)
 
Since you're geting another, why not just buy a small extenal monitor you mention and put it on the shoe mount. You don't need the touchscreen.

coollcd.com would be the place to get cheap good lcds. Or that new smallhd with the viewfinder.
 
You also might want to look into getting a more stable tripod if it tipped over through no fault of your own.
 
Yeah a new tripod is definitely on my list. I'm at the point now, where I've got $0, so I'm trying to move forward with what I've got. The tripod works ok, but it was my fault it tipped over as I had it setup haphazardly, which I won't do again without a sandbag.
