LCD Screen flickering

I have only just got my hvx and there seems to be a problem with my lcd screen.
When i scroll through the recording format screen to choose how i want to shoot 720 1080 etc the screen does this strange flicker.

Has any body else experienced this?

I have spoken to the supplier and they can not give me an answer to what it is but will be replacing the unit at the end of the week!

If your are talking about when you change from a 720 format to 1080 or 720 to 480, there is a kind of flicker or jump of the screen, this happens on every HVX I've seen. I think it is the screen just adjusting to the resolution change. Kind of like it does on a computer screen when you change the resolution.
 
Yeah. When going from 720 to 1080 or something similar, it will jump, or flicker as it switches mode. Nothing to worry about, if that is what you are asking.

well the shop that i bought it from are sending me a new camera?

i will get on the phone to them first thing tomorrow morning
