LCD Screen Capable of Fliping Image

Hi,
I am sure this has been asked a few times, but my search is not working for some reason.

I am very close to buying a sgpro for my dvx and i know people say it is easiest to use with a external lcd. I am wondering what LCDs can flip the image properly so you can at least see what it will look like after you spin and flip it in post.

Anyone have an recommendations?

Or can anyone point me in the direction of a thread about this if it exists?

To get a decent LCD monitor, you might as well get one of the SGpro flip units that turns the image the right way up, so the image is not upside down. You dont need to fiip it over in post, and at £300, it probably costs less than the external monitor would cost you....

yeah i saw the flip thing, but what i am looking for is a monitor so i can see the focus cause i know with redrock and the flip out dvx lcd, its hard so im guessing it is hard with all adapters. i just know some can flip images as well

Well get both then :D I find focusing is easier if you lock off the cameras focus ring so there is no chance of screwing up the back focus, and using the expanded focus button on my camera, and zooming in as far as it goes. This effectively gives you about 10 percent of the middle of the screen full screen size, very very zoomed in and its easy to check things are in focus....

i probabaly will eventually but i am in the market for a lcd when i buy a sgpro anyways because my flip out screen acts up a lot and i know people talked about a lcd that flips the image every which way which seems like it would be a good thing to have

they seem way to expensive for me i onyl have like 700 bucks for a screen. i just want one that is capable of fliping the image different ways for when i order my adapter
