LCD monitor suggestion for the hmc40?

Hi gang,
I just got my hmc40 and wanted to know if anyone can suggest a good lcd monitor to mount on-camera, the lcd screen is so small, as I'm looking for something ac/dc powered and wondered if they even make anything powered from the camera itself. Looking to spend up to $300-500. Thanks very much for your gracious help!!

There is a thread in the marketplace for a $200 monitor that people seem to like. It takes an HDMI signal and gives you decent resolution, but not HD. Would help for focus and framing for sure. You can get a battery that powers it for 5 hours for about $150 (Tekkon MP3450).
