Lav mic to go with Tascam DR-03

Got a job that requires some mic setups for a wedding. I am wanting to go with wired mics so I was thinking of using the Tascam DR-03 with a wired lav. What would you guys suggest. I plan to wireup the Groom only as you never know if there will be a place on the bride so I would need to capture audio from the one mic on groom for him and bride. Is it the Omni lav that I am looking for? Would something like the Sennheiser ME 4-EW work?

After some research I am looking at the DR-05 now as it has a few features that I like. Found the Audio Technica ATR-35S for $23 on amazonhttp://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATR-35S-Lavalier-Microphone/dp/B00006I51V/ref=pd_cp_MI_2
