LARGE DOF filter

Even though you have broken almost every posting courtesy rule, I will answer. What you are looking for is called "Neutral Density". Don't go cheap, unless you are just shooting for fun and don't have any money. I have close to 150 hours on my T2i and I have never shot anything but 1/50 or 1/60 shutter speed. It can mess with your image.

I don't get your question... what is "large DOF"? is that "very deep"? or the more common "very shallow"?

if you want to shoot f/1.8, as kgimedia said, use ND filters (or a more convenient ND fader)

if you want to shoot f/32, push ISO up; only mess up with shutter if it is totally necessary; if that doesn't cut it, you're out of luck
