Laptop overheating problem

Hey all, my moms laptop has been overheating a lot lately, and she asked me to see if anyone here knew what would be a good solution to the problem.

Its a Dell insperon (yeah thats most of the problem), aboot a year old.

Any help would be good.

Clean out the fan gratings. I have to clean mine out every few months when I notice the fans running higher than normal.

Thanks, a ton of dust came out when i did that, it'll prolly help alot.
