LANC connector on HVX200

Want to use the HVX200 with a jib and the jib op wants to know if I have a LANC connector so he can control iris, focus and zoom. Haven't done this before and am so swamped I barely have time to look at the camera. Does anyone know about this, and are aware of anything to look out for when using this camera with a jib?

AFAIK, the LANC format is only a sony connection. i think panasonic calls their equivalent CamRemote. regardless, all the manufacturers have designated models specifically for the panasonic cams...

i use the bebob zoe dvxl and foxi

I guess a good technician can easily solder a longer cable for zoe and foxi and youre set.

Depending on how big the jib is you may need the extension cable http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...T_PZFI_10_VAEXTPZFI10_10_Extension_Cable.html

I use the Varizoom controller on my jib and tripod so it is more than worth the investment.
