LANC combining two cables and/or remotes

I got a camera with only 1 remote/LANC input, and I would like to have the option to have 2 different remotes, one for focus and the other for zoom. I know there are some that are integrated, and that's what I got, and works for me even if I prefer two separate. But I'm gonna rent out the camera now and then to some colleagues, and they all just like me work in the ENG-sports world with bigger cameras and are used to have separate remotes for focus and zoom. I myself also prefer to have two units each on a separate pan-handle (makes it more stable). Is there a way to combine two units, or a company that does wired or wireless combined into one cable.

Thank you for any answers!

I think they have been discontinued but there appears to be a few dealers, outlets that still seem to have stock of the MANFROTTO 521SB LANC SPLITTER BOX. I use one on the FS7's 18-110 lens so that I can leave the lens LANC connected and just plug in a BeBob ZOE controller into the second LANC port on the unit. It was actually designed to do exactly what you want to do. The use of twin remotes one for zoom and the other for focus.

Rare as rocking horse manure. Apparently they stopped production in 2017. Checking locally good neighbour New Zealand's Panavision store has two in stock according to their site. Maybe the only two left in captivity!

This issue has been discussed before. Apparently using a twin 2.5mm stereo sockets to a single 2.5mm stereo plug 'Y" split cable can achieve the same result... and way cheaper! Can't see why it shouldn't as they are just 2.5mm stereo plugs on a Lanc control cable. Check out this from a couple of years back.

Yeah, I actually ordered a cable and will try that first. Read that it worked for others but no guarantees, also read that cameras should be off while connecting or removing LANC, which I doubt people I rent to do. But whats the point of having a 5000$ camera if you can't break it with a 2$ cable, simply put I will use it hoping it works. Maybe in the fall I can make an arduino box myself.

Thanks again!

Right about not being powered up with Lanc connections until everything is plugged in. I personally know people who have blown Lanc and Firewire connections on cameras by not following the correct routine.
