I have a fairly used stabilizer I no longer use. As much as I liked and used this setup, it has been sitting around for a while now and I figured it's time to sell it. I don't remember where I got the vest and arm from (Somewhere off ebay), but it still works great and is very comfortable to use. I wouldn't put more than 15lbs on the arm as it's designed for lighter loads.
Unfortunately, no counterweights are included for the stabilizer since I rigged a monitor and other accessories to make it work for me. I misplaced the included counterweights so you'll need to use something else. Maybe a trip to the local hardware store and a handful of washers will do!

One of the allen screws on the lower center post clamp was stripped and has been cut to allow a flat head screwdriver to work.
