Lack of Power issues.

DVX 100a No power! Neither via AC or Battery.

I have a shoot for this weekend and not a lot of money to have it repaired.

It worked and then it didn't. No damage, not dropped, just refused to come on when I tried.
Is there a reset button, or something that might have got bumped in normal use? Is there something else I'm missing.

The battery is fully charged, the power supply cord shows it getting power to the transformer box, but the camera is not responding. Tried two batteries both are fully charged, no response.
Any help is much appreciated!

check the connector wires between the battery and the camera - maybe theres something blocking it or in its way - if you know how to dissect your dvx, then open it and double check that the plug/cable is firmly in

There is no sound at all.

Is there a link, outside of the on/off switch, between the AC and DC elements? Maybe a fuse?
