I've had this since January 2015, but I don't use it much anymore. It comes with the hand crank accessory, but I've modified it with some paracord and a weight to make a sort of DIY flywheel. I don't have the original belt since it got too bent out of shape from being stored improperly. As long as you keep tension on the cord when mounting it it works great for low to medium speed slides.
