KINO FLO MIXING WITH ARRI LIGHTS: color temperatures

What is the best method of mixing different lighting sources. I have a kino 4 foot bank and arri 1k with a soft box. Do i need to gel the kino or the arri?

You can get tungsten balanced tubes for the Kino Flo and not have to worry about color matching either source.

That would be my suggestion as well. If you gel the Arri up to daylight with a CTB gel, you loose a stop, making your 1k effectively a 500.

Yes, go with 3200 degree Kino tubes and avoid unneeded gelling.
