Keying timelapse "motionblurstreaks"

Hi I wonder if anybody here have keyed out persons recorded in timelapse in walking around in front of a green/bluescreen. The point of the timelapse effects is the motionblur streaks that looks so nice and the motion, the persons will stand still longer on some places so that they come in focus.

The backgroundplate is supposed to be in 3d so I wonder if I can do the "in camera timelaps effect" or if i have to do it in post. Just took a chance that some of you might have tried this out! If succesful witch timelaps settings.
 
Hi, I read this article already but it was good a article. Yea I know its not what you want to do but I think it can be lots and lots of tweaking to get the in camera feel in post. I know it is a plugin in for that for ae but the i talked to the that made it and it can't be used in combustion wich im using (i forgot the name of the plugin aswell)
I was curious if anybody pulled this of nicely. Thanks anyway Jose Burgos!
