Keying AF100 footage with different Gammas

They are helping give her some separation, but in no way a key. My key is to her left 45 degress.

Yes, the hair light is going into a golden reflector that's barely giving much, but lightly filling the shadows as is a small white bounce to her right near the wall.

Are these files strait out of the camera? The clips I downloaded have some ugly compression. I downloaded from the link in the A.E. section.

These are straight out of the camera. Is it possible that zipping the folder to upload did something to the files? If not then they should be native.

I have, they don't look any different to me except the saturation of the subject. I really don't know what you're seeing. It's difficult to know what's going on because this thread is getting little to no attention from the users here. But from what I can see stuff looks fine?

This is the best I've been able to achieve so far. Youtube did something slightly funky with the colors, mind you.

From what I can see between the two, my shot is lower in saturation, lighting is definitely different, but gamma's seem to be completely different as well. In terms of detail level, I don't really see much of a difference.

Are you able to post a screen cap of what you see so i can compare it to the original file? I am very curious to know what you consider compressed. If you're talking about the shirt she's wearing, it is quite strange of a pattern but that's really the way it looks. Definitely difficult for the codec to handle as it has so many shades in it in small clusters.

I made sure to Black Balance before every shot, but am still getting strange artifacts.

My green screen was quite even and i took Shooters advice, added more in camera chroma back to -1, shot both Cine D and Cine V, exposed the screen around 40IRE

Still having a really hard time getting a clean key. Your comment made me think that perhaps something was going on with my camera cause im getting terrible blocking on the edges and the screen has some serious blocking going on too. I really hope it's not the camera, but right now I'm not too sure what to make of it.

Just did these shots and screen cap'd them at 200%. Do you see anything funky going on here?

For the life of me I don't know what's going on here.

Here is the link to the CineD shot of my wonderful mother drinking water:

Fantastic. Can't wait to see your work.

I'm wonder what's going on with my CineD files?

Perhaps I should just pick up the Pix 220 and call it a day :)
