Keying: adjust Foreground w/o affecting Background image?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying chromakey and encounter some problems. This is what I did:

. I put the foreground image on V2 and background image on V1
. Apply a chroma key on V2 and adjust to get a clean key

Here's what I want to do:

(1) Color correct the foreground AFTER keying
(2) Also, adjust the position of the foreground

Here's the problem:
(1) When trying to color correct the foreground, it affects the background also.
(2) When trying to adjust the position of the foreground, it also affects the background.

Is there a way to adjust the foreground image without affecting the background image? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

You have to nest this color correction effect.
There's two ways I think:

1. Apply your chroma effect to foreground (V2) clip as usual. Then doubleclick on that clip and you'll see what is "inside" this clip. Then drag Color Effect to that portion what is free without any effects...V1.2 usually.

2. Apply your chroma effect to V2 clip. Select this V2 clip and press Step In arrow. Then you have "new" V2 clip without any effect applied. Then drag Color Correction to that clip. Now click Step Out arrow.

Now you can adjust color effect only for V2.

Hope you understood..
