Keyframes won't slide

So I set up a few sets of keyframes on a short animation I'm working on. I built them at one point in time, but I need to move them down 15 frames. The only problem is that when I try and slide them down, they only move a few frames at a time. I have to release the left click, and drag again. Since they only move about 2 frames at a time, I have to slide them 7 times. It's getting old quick. Did I toggle something on that minimizes how far keyframes are allowed to move per click? What's going on?

is this for all your keyframes or is it for a particlar effect? how about if you copy and paste the whole entire contents in the comp it to a new comp, do you still have that problem?

Thanks guys. I think I realized what it was. Without realizing it, my project had 130 layers on it WITH motion blur. There just wasn't enough memory to keep processing that. Once I turned off the global MB, it went a lot smoother.

Keep in mind the Caps Lock key. If you're moving keyframes around, and other things you don't need to see a preview for, hitting caps lock with stop the comp window from updating and you'll be able to move your keyframes without freezing.
